Dear Kim, The world is blessed with people like you. I am so grateful that I finally took the time to walk into your shop in No. Conway to see the incredible and unique wares that you sell. Listening to you converse about your dreams of helping less fortunate people, and your mission to help Joseph and his village makes me proud to know you. Your purpose is so admirable and yet so overwhelming. I promise I will speak of your mission to every person I come in contact with, and will send them to your shop. You will see me again soon. Kim- We just arrived home and I anxiously opened our email hoping to get the forward from you. I have not stopped thinking about your involvement with the family in Kenya and the mission you and your husband went out on a limb to begin. It took a great deal of passion and courage to begin such a task as you have taken on! We need more people like you in this world. So many times so many of us THINK about doing such things but never get around to doing it. You will continue to be blessed because of your efforts. If there is anything we can do to help you we will be happy to do so. We look forward to retirement (hopefully in North Conway) and time to pursue worthwhile efforts such as yours. I think it would be nice if you had more publicity about your projects. Has anyone contacted WMUR to have their Chronicles series do a special with you? If not, I would be happy t o try to line something up for you. Meeting you and seeing what you are doing gave us such inspiration and was definitely the highlight of our week in North Conway.
